A friend brough these to the exchange. Very Yummy!!
WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP ORANGE PECAN COOKIES
1 lb. butter or margarine, softened
2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons vanilla
2 Tablespoons orange extract
3 large eggs
6 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups choppped pecans
4 cups white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheets with foil. In large mixing bowl, beat butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and orange extracts. Add eggs and beat for another 4 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda. Blend well. Stir in chips and pecans. Drop by Tablespoonfuls onto foil-lined cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove sheets from oven and let cookies sit on them for 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
