Recipe: White Chocolate Mousse

Debby, I hope this is similar to what you remember. I guess you could omit the berries if all you want is the mousse.

White Chocolate Mousse

1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3 1-oz squares white baking chocolate, melted
2 cups blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries

In a mixing bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form; set aside. In another mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add chocolate and beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Alternate layers of mousse and berries in parfait glasses, ending with mousse. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 3 hours. 4-6 servings.
