Recipe(tried): White Garlic Pizza/Taco Dip

Pizza/Focaccia
White Garlic Pizza

1 refrigerated pizza crust/homemade pizza crust
olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
mozzarella cheese (2 c per pizza)

Place minced garlic in olive oil (about 1/4 to1/2 c) for 30 min. Place crust in pan. Brush crust with olive oil and garlic mixture. Cover pizza with cheese. You can add grated Parmesan if desired. Bake till cheese is melted (15-20min.)

Taco Dip

1 can Hormel chili with beans
1 package cream cheese softened
1 small onion minced
Jalapeno pepper slices
crushed red pepper flakes
2 c grated cheddar with taco seasonings

Spread softened cream cheese over bottom of pie plate. Mix together chili, onion, jalapeno slices to taste and crushed red pepper to taste. Spread over cream cheese. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 min. Serve with Doritos
