Recipe(tried): Woolworth's Precooked Bacon

Breakfast and Brunch
WOOLWORTH'S PRECOOKED BACON

Preheat oven to 250 F or 275 F degees.

Lay bacon as an upside down V on a wirerack with a screen to prevent from falling through, but let the grease fall through on a cookie sheet or baking pan.

Put in preheated oven and bake 15 to 25 minute. Cook just til partail cooked.

You may lay the baked slices on wax paper or freezer paper etc., then lay more wax paper or freezer paper on top of bacon. Repeat until done. Seal in gallon size freezer bags or plastic freezer containers.

This is for a conventional oven, but it will work in any oven. Just adjust time and do not cook bacon all the way.
enjoy.
