Recipe(tried): Sausage Quiche
Breakfast and BrunchSAUSAGE QUICHE
1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage (hot or extra sage is great)!
1 cup light cream
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. Poupon Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Combine all ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
