YOGURT-ORANGE ICE POPS
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 banana -- sliced
1 cup orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Place the yogurt, banana, orange juice and vanilla in the container of an electric blender; cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into small paper cups. Place in the freezer.
When pops are half-frozen, insert ice-pop sticks; freeze until firm.
To serve, run each cup under hot water, just until the pop slips out.
