Recipe: Italian Bread Crumbs (fresh bread crumbs, Panasonic blender cookbook, 1970's)

Toppings - Assorted
ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS

4 slices white bread, torn, divided use
1 small clove garlic, cut up
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
4 sprigs parsley
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in small cubes or grated (optional)

Place 1 slice bread, torn, and remaining ingredients into container. Cover and blend. Repeat until all bread is added and mixture is even.

Use wherever breading is desired.

Makes about 1 cup bread crumbs
