ZUCCHINI COLESLAW

1/4 head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1 green bell pepper, shredded
1 zucchini, shredded
mayonnaise (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)

Good on ham or corned beef sandwiches.
