ISO: 2 lb rye bread

Could you post your recipe for the 2 lb rye bread? Just received the B&D model B2300 for Xmas and very disappointed in the lack of recipes included. To double the recipes in the B1561 book makes over 6+ cups of flour where as the maximum for the B2300 is 5 1/2 cups of flour. You have found the machine can handle the extra amt of flour? This is very interesting.
