ISO: 3 layer (red, white, green) with filling between each layer cookie

I would like to know if anyone has the recipe for a 3 layer 3 color (red white green) cookie. each layer has a fruit filling in between, and then the layer are covered with chocolate. then sliced the size of a cookie. you see these cookies in italian bakeries mostly. I would appreciate any input or even the real name of these cookies.
