ISO: A spinach artichoke dip that does not have sour cream OR cream cheese

I love the dip at Applebee's because it tastes more "Cheesy" than most which have LOTS of sour cream and cream cheese. I am looking for a good dip that has little of those and lots of parmesan or other cheeses!! Any Suggestions?? THANKS!!
