ISO: about the diabetic wedding cake

Misc.
In your message about the diabetic wedding cake, you said use splenda cup for cup for regular sugar. Is that the cake itself or the frosting. We are looking for a recipe to frost and decorate a wedding cake for diabetics. Something like butter cream icing to make flowers and things out of.
