ISO: Ajika sauce and Elarji
Misc.I am seeking a recipe for a Georgian "salsa" called ajika sauce. I have been told to substitute 1 tsp of cayenne for "a good spoonful" of ajika in my stew, which I will try. However, I'd love to get ahold of the real thing.
There is also a side dish called Elarji (also Georgian?) I think this is a cooked corn cereal with cheese -- but I may be wrong. Any info about or recipe for Elarji would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
