ISO: Ambrosia using instant lemon pudding

Many years ago (back in the 70's!) a friend gave me her Ambrosia recipe which I loved, and somehow lost in one of many moves....to the best of my recollection, Key Ingredients were canned/fresh fruit, and instant lemon pudding. I think there might have also been some flaked coconut - I'm not certain -- but I am certain that the recipe did not include sour cream or whipped topping. Sound familiar to anyone?
