ISO: Another problem with a bougainvillea

I have read other message and answers on a bougainvillea plant, and I also suspect that part of my trouble is that it is not in full sun all the time. I keep it in the conservatory. It flowered the first year, then I cut it back in the winter. This summer it has not flowered at all and I am wondering why. Perhaps it is just the lack of sunshine? Would appreciate suggestions please.
