ISO: Apple Cheese Crisp for 100

This was a recipe used in my Grandmother's school kitchen. I saw it one time
in your magazine. One of my daughter in laws lost my book. This was the first time I was ever able to find it, as my Grandmother has been gone for about 30 years. No one has ever seen this recipe that I had been able to contact. I would be indebted to you if you could send it to me.
