ISO: applebee's crispy orange chicken bowl

Misc.
my husband loves the orange crispy chicken (i think that's what its called) at Applebee's. The only problem is the nearest Applebee's is an hour away. I can figure out the vegetable and rice part but the orange glaze over the chicken is a mystery. I thank you in advance for the help.
