Misc.Hi again, Aurelie:-) Your are very welcome. I hope the recipes help you solve your problem and help you bake some cookies like those you are looking for. Two more things that I forgot to mention - You may want to get an oven thermometer to check your oven temperature. If it is off, you can get it recalibrated. (If your oven is off it could be the cause of your cookies being hard and dry.) Another suggestion is to bake your cookies less time than the recipe calls for. This should also help you get the result you seem to be looking for which, I think, is softer cookies. Happy holidays and joyeux noel!
