ISO: Australian Tea Cake

You must be talking about Rambaucks in Plattsburgh - I too am looking for that recipe and so far have not been successful in finding it. I believe it's called an Australian butter cake which i have found recipes for but just haven't tried one yet. It uses a ton of butter - that's what makes it so delicious. Please respond if you found a recipe and so will I.
