Recipe(tried): KYJoe's Poke and Coke Chops (crock pot) - variation

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
Just wanted to tell you I made this today and it was very good! I did it in the crockpot and did make a couple of additions and it smelled great and was very moist and tender. I only used four of the boneless chops (just me and DH to cook for) so cut all the other ingredients in half. I put a sliced onion on the bottom of the cooker and laid the chops on top of them. I also shook some garlic powder and onion powder into the ingredients that get poured over the chops.

Cooked it on high for four hours. Made some rice and the juices were great on the rice, too.

Thanks for this recipe -
