ISO: Baked cheesecake using baker's cheese

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe for baked cheesecake that uses bakers cheese or dry cottage cheese. My mom used to make it years ago and I don't have the recipe. I would appreciate it if someone out there has a recipe for me. Thanks
