ISO: Baked Halibut dredged in crushed macadamia nuts with lemmon butter dill sauce

Misc.
I had this dish at "The River Horse Resturant" in Park City Utah. It was the best I'd ever eaten. Nothing bland about it, very zesty and flavorful. Does anyone have something that is just as tasty? (The resturant is just too expensive for me to visit regularly.) Your help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Kathy
