ISO: Baked Macaroni and Cheese with white wine

I saw a recipe for Baked Macaroni & Cheese on Headline News around noon on March 31st. It started with heated white wine, then the floured cheese was added and melted, then milk or cream was added and topped with bread crumbs (Japanese, I think). I would like the recipe with the correct amounts for the ingredients. If anyone can help, I would be grateful. Tahnk you. Dorothy
