ISO: Banana Bread from Jeff's fruit stand on Hana Hwy in Maui

Misc.
We had the best Banana Bread in Hawaii. Jeff from Hana Hwy in Maui made this banana bread that is really dark and moist. Miramar in Honolulu also has the best banana bread every morning in their breakfast buffet. Does anyone know what they put in their banana bread? Molassas? Vegetable oil? Brown Sugar? My son and I will be ever so grateful if you can supply us with the recipe. Thanks. Pam from Vancouver.
