ISO: Barbecue beef carrot recipe?

I am desperately seeking a recipe for barbecue beef with chopped carrots, from the New Dieters Cookbook which I believe is from Better Homes and Gardens. It is a great recipe for the crockpot. My cookbook is in storage and I can't get to it. The cookbook also contains a recipe for beef satay made with peanut butter. Either or both of these recipes would be much appreciated! Thanks.
