ISO: beblach and kuftelen

my husband fondly remembers his grandmother making beblach (something sweet, with honey, and maybe lima beans) and kuftelen. he has such a bad memory...he is 62, so his 60 yr old grandmother made this 50 yrs. ago. her background was russian. i would like to surprise him with these foods.
