COUNTRY CRUST WHITE BREAD
FOR A 1 1/2 LB. LOAF:
1 1/8 cups water
2 tbsp butter, melted
3 cups unbleached white flour
1 1/2 tbsp non-fat dry milk powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
3 tsp active dry yeast
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
Let the loaf cool for 15 minutes fore slicing.
Makes one 1 1/2 lb. loaf (13 slices)
