ISO: beef on kummelwick roll

Hello......I,m searching for a recipe called beef on kummelwick (sp?) also called beef on wick or beef on a weck roll..... any help? I know how to cook the beef; its the roll I can,t figure out! I know it has caraway seed and salt on top. Thank you!!!!! Martha
