Beef on Wick is a New York style sandwich offered at most pubs, bars etc. especially during the warm season.

The roll itself is a Kaiser Roll with the correct toppings you've listed. You keep the beef juice heated on the side, dip in the insides of the roll prior to putting on your beef and then horseradish - they're awesome! (Not found here in Michigan unless your at a house party of mine -)! Good luck and enjoy
