ISO: Beer Nuggets like Rosati's Pizza

I am looking for the recipie for Rosati's Pizza Resturant in the Rochelle/Dekalb Aera in Illinois for there tasty side dish or appitizer Called BEER NUGGETS. They are slightly sweet from what I remember and deep fried to a golden color. These are wonderful and I am dying to find a recipie that can duplicate the taste. Please help me out. I will be ever grateful for any help anyone can offer me in my search!
