Recipe: Chilled Shrimp with Spicy Garlic Aioli Dipping Sauce

1 pound cooked shrimp, defrosted
FOR THE SPICY AIOLI:
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp Dijon style mustard
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
juice of 1 lemon
Combine all of the ingredients for the Spicy Aioli in a small mixing bowl with a wire whisk. Mix well and chill before serving. You may make this sauce up to three days before serving to save time the day of your gathering.
TO SERVE:
Surround a bowl of aioli with the delicate pink shrimp and allow guests to serve themselves.
