ISO: Benihana's Shrimp Dipping Sauce and Their Ginger Salad Dressing

I could put Benihana's "Shrimp" Dipping Sauce on just about anything (ok, not chocolate...!). Has anyone been able to duplicate it? And I ADORE their ginger-based salad dressing! Any help would be appreciated!
