Please let me know which recipe you're referring to. The recipe in this thread of posts (Olive Garden Chicken Scampi) only uses 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper.

There was way too much red pepper in this recipe, it caled for 2 tbsps. I would recommend only using 2 tsp.
I have always ordered this at Olive Garden, the only thing I eat there. The sauce was so hot, it was hard to eat.
