ISO: Black and Decker Bread Maker - the bread does not look right

Hi all:

I am new here so here I go.

Thanks for having me as a member of your group.
I am really having trouble with my bead maker, it is Black and Decker 2 lb loaf.

The bread does not look right.

Any advice please.
