ISO: blue cheese chopped salad like Outback

The waitress at Outback told me the ingredients in the dressing, Vinegar, rice vinegar, blue cheese dressing, blue cheese crumbles. Blended together well. The sweet taste is not in the dressing, it is the cinnamon nuts. Can't remember what kind. It states it on Outbacks menu. I have not figured out the amounts. After experiementing I will post something.
