ISO: Bob Evans Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Bob Evans Banana Nut recipe was most likely created with the help of a food chemist. I ALWAYS order it with my frequent meals there. It is truly the most moist and delicious I've ever had! It definitely includes walnuts, and I bet it seems to also have apple and tiny blueberries which all add to the juicyness of this fabulous recipe. I wish we could all work together to recreate this WINNER!!

Another fabulous recipe of theirs is the MEATLOAF. Soooo moist and free of fillers. Seems to be mostly egg and high quality ground beef and perhaps a bit of cornmeal. Prior to today I always ordered their roast turkey dinner, but today had the meatloaf and again, fell in love with Bob Evans all over again!
