ISO: Bread pudding for 100

Misc.
I am in need of a recipe to make raisin bread pudding using raisin bread loaves for 100 people. I'll be using hotel pans. I'm basically looking for quantity of eggs to milk/cream. I think 8-10 loaves of bread. Loaves are small.
Thanks in advance
