ISO: Brinkmann Electric Smoker - How to keep it smoking?
Misc. We purchased a new Brinkmann Electric Smoker, and tried a chicken last weekend it came out good but we started off by putting some soaked wood chips around the heating element on the bottom. But we found out that the smoking did not last long at all, there was still some chips left but no smoke? do we just keep adding more chips and what if they get on the element? If anyone can help me it would be great. Diane
