Here in Montrea, Smoked Meat is a big thing! We have restaurants where Smoked Meat is the Main Item on the menu! Aside from piling it high (2 1/2 to 3-inches) on rye bread and putting mustard on it, it is put on top of Spaghetti (on top of the regular sauce) and other pastas, in omelets, in Lasagne and anywhere else you can think of. Yummy!
