ISO: Brisket for beef tacos recipe

While in Dallas recently, we went to a Mexican restaurant that served the most delicious shredded beef tacos. Does anyone know how the brisket is prepared so I can make this at home?

I tried cooking brisket in the crockpot with taco seasoning mix and rotel tomatoes. That was a flop!

These were really delicous tacos! Thanks for your help.
