6 SANDWICH AND BURGER SAUCES

SPECIAL BURGER SAUCE

Combine:
1/4 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup drained sweet pickle relish

CHILIES AND CHEESE SAUCE

Combine:
1/2 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
1/4 cup each mild or hot chilies
1/4 cup sliced ripe Olives
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

DIABOLO SAUCE
Combine equal parts of Heinz tomato ketchup and Heinz 57 sauce.

SUPERBURGER SAUCE
Makes about 1 cup sauce

"Serve as a topping for hamburgers, cheeseburgers or beef sandwiches."

Combine:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
1/4 cup finely chopped Heinz dill pickles*
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Cover; chill to blend flavors.

*1/4 cup well-drained Heinz sweet relish may be substituted.

CREAMY HORSERADISH SAUCE

Combine:
1/4 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
1/4 cup Heinz sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish 2 tablespoons sour cream

CHEDDAR BACON SAUCE

Combine:
1/2 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
1/4 cup crumbled bacon
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
