ISO: Brunch ideas: Got some?

Misc.

Hello again-
I would love some christmas brunch ideas, if anyone has any. I am considering making crab cakes, crawfish cakes, corn cakes, with sweet red pepper sauce... anyone know how to make these things? Please help, in a panic, thanks... Robin Cline
