Recipe: Fudge Full Peanut Butter Bars (using cake mix and frosting mix)

FOR THE BASE:
1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
FOR THE FILLING:
1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate pieces
1 1/3 cup (14 oz can) sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 pkg. Pillsbury coconut pecan or coconut almond frosting*
TO PREPARE THE BASE:
In large mixing bowl combine dry cake mix, peanut butter, butter and eggs by hand, stir until dough holds together. Press 2/3 of dough into bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Reserve remaining dough for topping.
TO PREPARE THE FILLING:
In heavy saucepan, combine chocolate pieces, sweetened condensed milk and butter. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in frosting mix.
Spread filling over dough in pan. Sprinkle reserved dough over filling in pan.
Bake 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes until light brown. Cool, cut into bars.
