ISO: Buca di Beppo recipe for Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms

Misc.
I alwlays enjoy Chicken Marsala at Buca with the mushrooms in a delicious almost sweet sauce but can't find the method they use for when to add the mushrooms.
Any help ?
