ISO: Bucca's Gorgonzola salad dressing

I would love the exact recipe for Bucca's Gorgonzola salad dressing. I talked with one of the waiters at the one in San Jose and he said he had used Safeway's Champaigne vinigrette and it was closer to it than a fruit vinigrette.

If anyone has the exact recipe, I'd love to have it!!!!
