ORANGE ICING
Quick icing for cakes and cupcakes.
2 cups C&H Pure Cane Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. orange rind, finely grated
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. spread icing over cupcakes. Let stand until firm.
Makes enough for 24 cupcakes
