ISO: Can dough be kneaded only in bread machine and baked in regular oven?

I am interested in a manual for a Welbilt Bread Machine or an answer to my question. Can dough be kneaded only in machine and then be removed and cooked free form (round loaf etc) in regular oven. At what point do you remove dough or know when the ingredients have turned into dough.Thanks!
