ISO: candy cane coffee cake recipe

I am looking for the recipe for candy cane coffee cake. It has a yeast dough made with sour cream and is rolled and filled with a mixture of apricots and merichino cherries. The dough is then clipped on the sides as for braiding, the sides braided over the filling then it is shaped like a cane. I have lost the recipe for the dough. This a tradion for holiday breakfast in our house and I'd greatly appreciate any help. By the way, I use apples instead of the apricots and we LOVE it!!!!
