ISO: Canning Spaghetti Sauce

Misc.
Hello,

I have a question in reference to canning spaghetti sauce. I am making spaghetti sauce to give as gifts this year and I want to can it. If you use stewed tomatoes from a can ( I am using a number 10 can), do you have to add lemon juice to the mason jar before you add the spaghetti sauce and process?

Thank you

Michael
