Recipe: Fluffy Fruit Salad (using fruit cocktail, pineapple, marshmallows, and nuts)

FLUFFY FRUIT SALAD

1 (1 Ib. 1 oz.) can fruit cocktail, well drained
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup salad dressing (like Miracle Whip)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream, whipped
8 large marshmallows, cut into quarters
1 cup chopped nuts

Place fruits into large bowl; set aside.

In small bowl of electric mixer, blend salad dressing and cream cheese on medium-high speed until smooth; fold in whipped cream.

Add marshmallows and nuts to fruits; gently blend in creamed dressing.

Chill for several hours before serving or may be refrigerated overnight.

Makes 10 servings
